Last night I met a new arrival to the car scene here in SoCal who is a very talented Airbrush Artist. His name is Cory Saint Clair and here's a sample of his talent... a airbrushed rendering of the Joker from Batman on the door of his truck.



It was dark outside so the photo isn't the best but you get the idea... Here's the Joker cropped out of the original...



It's even better in real life! What I found interesting was that I overheard Cory tell Chip Foose that he flunked out of Art Class!

Cory's truck was at/in SEMA this year and Cory has just moved to SoCal to get involved with the car scene out here. Below is a photo of his contact information off his truck in case you're looking for some awesome airbrush artwork or you know somebody who is looking for some artwork.

I am not much for the dark wicked type of airbrushing but that joker came out pretty nice.

I think I remember Cory telling me he just moved out here from Atlanta, so you're probably right.

I had a chance to page though an album showing his work and it becomes very apparent, very quickly that he's quite talented. I e-mailed him the link to this thread today so maybe he'll chime in later...

Hopefully in the very near future I'm going to meet up with him and buff out his truck as the hood is fairly butchered with swirls.

I love a challenge.

I was raised partly in Atlanta and I remember 404 as being our area code. That was way back when a state had only one and maybe two area codes!!
